May RPWF Luncheon: How Women Can Use GenAI to Multiply Their Impact – at Work and in Life
Gigi Karmous-Edwards is the CEO for Karmous-Edward’s Consulting, guiding utilities, start-ups, and investors through digital transformation.
In this immersive discussion, Gigi will explore how to multiply our impact, reduce cognitive load, and gain decisive leverage. Topics will include:
  • GenAI is not about technology, but about thinking support
  • Women’s careful adoption style is a strength, not a barrier
  • GenAI can help reduce the load across work, family, community, and decisions
  • You can start safely with a simple personal roadmap
Gigi Karmous-Edwards is a mission-driven technology and water-sector leader who pairs more than 25 years of digital innovation experience with a deep commitment to empowering women. She co-leads the landmark WRF initiative exploring generative AI for water utilities worldwide, founded and chaired the SWAN “Digital Twin H2O” working group, and is on the Advisory Board of Veralto, Qatium, and BlueTech Research. A sought-after keynote speaker and author of 40-plus publications, she is known for translating complex technology into practical strategies that boost resilience, sustainability, and equity across the sector.
When she isn’t advising or volunteering, you’ll likely find Gigi painting bold abstract canvases, tending her garden, on the pickleball court, or cooking. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering.
